I am Anar Mirzayev. I think I owe you an explanation. Unfortunately, we have been failing our paid / free services lately. This situation makes us very sad as well as you. The reason for this situation is that we cannot work from the office. Our office has been closed for a long time due to the pandemic. We recently opened the office again, but unfortunately, a coronavirus case was encountered in our office building. Therefore we had to close it again. Whether it's our analysis team or our support team, everyone is working from home right now. Even when we work from home, we cannot achieve as much efficiency as in the office.
Also, a few people from our analysis team left. This, of course, affects our analysis badly. It is really sad to be ashamed of you. Your satisfaction is what matters to us.
